Business
Direction---Except to the extent of this Agreement, the management of the
business of the Company and the direction of its personnel, including the size
and composition of the workforce; the right to hire, including the right to
determine qualifications for initial employment, continued employment and
changes in position; the scheduling, assignment and the amount of work; the
right to establish and change, at its discretion, rules, regulations and
procedures governing the Pilots, including rules of conduct; staffing; the
services to be marketed and the maintenance and development of employee
efficiency; and all other matters consistent with the economic and efficient
operation of its business, are vested solely in the Company.
